If you want other members to reach you easily, it is recommended that you keep your contact details up-to-date. You can change your details at any time by clicking Contact under Account in the top of the screen, wherever you are in Viadesk.
- Go to Account and click on Contact.
- Enter your contact details.
- Fill in your Twitter account.
- Link to your LinkedIn profile.
- Add your photo. Click on Edit photo and upload a photo from your computer or select a standard image.
- Click Save.
Ensure that the email address, in particular, is entered correctly, because other people need it to reach you. You also need this email address for login data retrieval.
