The advantage of central contacts management is – apart from the fact that the contact details of all relationships are available to all group members – that the email addresses of the contacts are available in the email functionality. This can be quite useful when sending emails. From the address book, the group manager can export all contacts. Adding a contact is easy via the Add button on the Startpage of the group.

The group manager can import a selection of contacts in one go from an Excel file. This makes it fast and easy to give all members access to all relevant contact details. Please ensure that all column names match the field names in Viadesk (gender, first name, middle name, last name, email, etc).
