The Startpage lists the activities of the group. The middle column of Startpage will show:
- Recent changes
- Startpage Items
The order and view depends on the applicable settings set via Management > Startpage.
The right-hand column may show:
- My groups
- My calendar
- My questions
- My Inbox
- Group info
- Related items
Depending on your permissions, you will see the Add button. This is the most important button in Viadesk, as it allows you to add content, such as files, questions or discussions. To keep your site well organised you can add folders first and put these documents and discussions directly in there.
All recent changes and new items are collected under Recent changes. In addition to the report with all changes which you will receive by email, the group Startpage will also list what is new. This will help you find items without having to know in which folder the item is stored. Home is an exception to this, as all new items from all groups to which you have access are listed here under Recent changes.
