Member categories

Member categories can be used when working with different member categories. For example: In collaborations with members of different organizations, it might be necessary to have insight in the composition of the members among the different category or organization types. These are specified in member categories.

In an export of members, a separate column will be used to display a member category. This enables easier insight in the composition of the member base. To create an export file, go to Setup > Members.

The category of a member can be set in the same screen as the one in which the password can be changed (Setup > Members > Edit > Password).

The categories are also available in the member selection fields. This eases selection from the members file, because it enables selection per category.
