Groups – Groups and managers

  • Click Setup.
  • Under Groups, click Groups & managers to get an overview of the details of all (also personal) groups:

The following information will be displayed for each group:

  • Names of group managers.
  • Number of participants.
  • Amount of used disk space.
  • Creation dates of groups.
  • Click a column label (Name, Category, Manager(s), Members, Disk space, or Since) to sort by that criteria.
  • Use Search to find groups or My Viadesk from members.
