Members – Member lists/Webmasters
Webmasters can create member lists that contain members with a common feature, e.g. the system member list Managers contains all the members who are group managers. Possible member list(s) could be Project managers, Region managers, etcetera. Automatically, a member list is created for the Webmasters.
Member lists enable webmasters and managers to give access to a group for a list of people who all have the same permissions. This can be done with one mouse click.
The standard member lists All members can be offered in a group. The member list All members contains all members who are registered in Viadesk. A webmaster can determine whether these options are offered. More about this feature in General > Settings.
