Add new member list

  • Click Setup
  • Under Members, click Member lists
  • Click Add
  • The Member lists window opens
  • In the Name box, type the name of the member list
  • Click Select members to add members to the member list
  • The Select members window opens
  • Use Search to find the members that need to be added to the member list
  • Select the check boxes in front of the people you want to add to the list
  • Click OK

You return to the page New member list. Under Members you will see the people you just selected.

  • Click Save
  • You return to the page Member lists
