Add new member list
- Click Setup
- Under Members, click Member lists
- Click Add
- The Member lists window opens
- In the Name box, type the name of the member list
- Click Select members to add members to the member list
- The Select members window opens
- Use Search to find the members that need to be added to the member list
- Select the check boxes in front of the people you want to add to the list
- Click OK
You return to the page New member list. Under Members you will see the people you just selected.
- Click Save
- You return to the page Member lists
