As a webmaster, group manager or editor you have the option in Viadesk to copy or move content from one group to another.
Copy pages
When you have sufficient rights at the right side of the page you will see an Actions menu. Below the option to edit the specific page you will see the copy functionality. When clicking on copy you will get a popup in which you can choose the destination the duplication of this page has to go to.
Move pages
When you have sufficient rights at the right side of the page you will see an Actions menu. Clicking on the more option you will get several features among others the move functionality. When clicking on move you will get a popup in which you can choose the destination the page has to go to. The page will be moved and won't be in the current place anymore.
Copy maps and items
To copy maps and items from one group to another group you can press items in the group menu. After selecting the specific maps or items that you want to duplicate the option shows up to copy them in bulk. Clicking on copy will give you a popup in which you can choose the destination the maps and/or items have to be duplicated to.
Move maps and items
To move maps and items from one group to another group you can press items in the group menu. After selecting the specific maps or items that you want to move the option shows up to move them in bulk. Clicking on move will give you a popup in which you can choose the destination the maps and/or items have to be moved to.
