You can link the platform to your PC or laptop’s Explorer in order to access folders and files. These instructions explain how to do this on Windows 10 (instructions for macOS users are also available).
To link: Adding Viadesk as a network drive
1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Choose This PC.
3. Look at the various options. Click on Map network drive and then Map Network drive again.
1. Then click on Finish.
2. You will then see a login screen. Enter the email address and password you always use to log in to the platform.
You will now have access to all the groups, folders and files on the platform.
Now that you have added Viadesk as a network drive, you can see a folder for each group you have access to, with the name of that group. In the folder are all the folders and files belonging to the group.
You can directly edit files from Viadesk in Microsoft Office or in other programs you frequently use. Changes are automatically synchronized with Viadesk.

An internet connection is required for you to access your Viadesk files.
