Managing groups – managers

Managers are responsible for customizing and maintaining a group. As a group manager you have access to Management in the group menu. There, you can:

  • Edit or change the Name and/or Description of the group
  • Specify if a group is Private or Public
  • Specify Permissions of the members of the group and Select members from the members database
  • Import members
  • Specify which options are available in the Menu on the left
  • Specify which Applications members and managers may Add
  • Set what will be displayed and what not under Reports and New since
  • Set what will be displayed and what not on the Startpage
  • Export all documents and files
  • Delete the group
