Group email settings

It is possible to set at domain level which email address to chose as the default address when sending mail from the group. When many people are working together in a project, it might be more convenient to send emails from the group email address. This ensures that all replies (e.g. from the customer) will be received in the group inbox, which prevents information to be dispersed among the various project members.

  • Click Setup.
  • Under Groups, click Settings.
  • Select the default address to be selected from the pull-down menu in the group (standard:member).
  • Click Save.
